Meet Elizabeth

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my love of clay!

I work in my home studio nestled in the woods of the South Carolina low country. All of my pieces are made by hand from start to finish using porcelain clay. As you can probably tell, I enjoy spending my time meticulously piercing and/or adding intricate texture to my work - which include vases, bowls, and sculptural pieces. This method of working is a constant reminder to me of God, our Creator, who made everything, including you and I, with such intricate order and design.

"But now, O Lord, You are our Father, we are the clay and You are our Potter; we are all the work of Your hand." (Isaiah 64:8)

I am committed to making work that is intentional, elegant, and intricate. I can't thank you enough for allowing my work to become a part of your home. It is a true honor that I do not take lightly and that I am forever thankful for.
